Shipping Policy
Where we ship & what it costs
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO military addresses. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Order handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–4 business days in transit after dispatch. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days; it is an estimate rather than a delivery guarantee.
Handling time & cutoff
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our order cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed GMT−06:00 (Central Standard Time); this offset does not change for daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day begin the handling count that day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin the count on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Transit time begins after dispatch and is separate from order handling. Carrier delays, holidays and address issues may affect arrival. If you have a delivery concern, contact us with your order number so we can help.
Address & checkout
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. A global country selector is available at checkout, but only eligible U.S. shipping addresses may proceed. APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories are excluded.
