Return & Refund Policy
30-day return requests
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, garments must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason before sending an item back. We will provide authorization and return instructions.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
For an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; photos may help us assess it. Ordinary unworn, packaging and tag conditions do not automatically exclude these claims. We pay return shipping when the return is due to our error, damage or a defect. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping to our address in Italy. We charge no restocking fee.
Return destination
Our company address is also our return address: dyunelabb, Via Pietro Nenni 8, 36027 Rosà VI, Italy. Please obtain authorization and instructions before posting a return. Change-of-mind returns travel to Italy at the customer's expense.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment account within 10 days. The time your financial institution takes to display the credit may vary.
